Parking Spots (package com.nqapps.parkingspots) is an Android app made by NqApps. This policy describes what the app does with information.
Parking Spots does not ask you to create an account, and there is no sign-in. NqApps does not collect or store personal data on any server.
Favourites, settings, and cached car park data stay on the device.
Location is optional. If you grant permission, the device's location is used only on the device to sort car parks by distance. It is never sent to or stored by NqApps.
The app shows Google AdMob banner ads. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, including the advertising ID, and usage data to serve and measure ads. You can read Google's policies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and policies.google.com/privacy.
An optional "Remove ads" monthly subscription is available through Google Play Billing. Payments are handled by Google, and NqApps never sees payment details. The app only checks with Google Play whether the subscription is active.
Car park occupancy data is fetched from the Transport for NSW Open Data API. Parking Spots is an independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by Transport for NSW.
Parking Spots is not directed at children.
