Lunaline is published by NqApps, Sydney. The game runs on your device. There is no Lunaline account and no Lunaline server.
Progress, settings, streak and the remove-ads flag are stored in app preferences. Android backup and device transfer can include those preferences so an update or a new phone can restore them.
The free download shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner on the home and level screens, an interstitial between some completed puzzles, and an optional rewarded ad when you ask for an extra hint. AdMob may collect the advertising ID, IP address and device information under Google's policies. Ads are not shown during a puzzle, at app open, or in the tutorial, and they are capped as described in the Play listing.
A one-time purchase, Remove ads, turns off banners and interstitials and makes hints available without an ad. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. NqApps does not receive your card number.
In the EEA and the UK, a consent form lets you choose whether ads are personalised. Settings includes ad privacy options when Google requires them. Ad requests use a PG content rating.
If analytics is allowed, Firebase Analytics records events such as starting a puzzle, finishing a puzzle, using a hint, and sharing a daily result. Those events include the mode, size, duration and similar gameplay facts. They do not include your name, email, contacts or the puzzle answer.
Firebase Crashlytics may send a crash log, device model, OS version and a Firebase installation ID so crashes can be fixed. Collection is off in debug builds.
Google processes this data as a service provider. You can refuse analytics storage in the consent form where it is shown.
The app needs a network connection for ads and purchases, and on Android the advertising ID and Play billing. It does not request the camera, contacts, location or storage.
